This ring came from my deep love of intertwined leaves and vines and for my appreciation of the unique gem, sphene. Sphene is a natural and very rare gemstone that is not as well known as it deserves to be. It can be brilliant yellowish-green, green, orange or brown with a very high and fiery luster, sometimes appearing multi-colored. Sphene is also known as "titanite" due to its titanium content. Its known for its exceptional dispersion, resulting in gemstones that show stunning and brilliant fire. The dispersion of Sphene exceeds even that of Diamond.
